I bought an iphone (online) to them phone was ok but i suggest in your site you must put more information on the phone like phone condition (scratches) Battery health etc...( this could help a lot on your team so that the customer would not ask/chat imagine responding to those inquiry over and over again) and put the actual photo of the phone it would be good for people who are buying online...Customer service my experience is not what i am expecting (they informed me a date when it will be delivered and didnt came when i chat with them, they said tomorrow staff is off today no apologize) one thing good for those who cannot afford to pay one time there is an option to pay installments... Still i would buy to them again but please improved your customer service...Thanks

These guys seems authentic. Bought a refurbisjed iPad under limited warranty and it was perfect. They deliver themselves so they forgot to bring the warranty paper i asked for, so i reminded them at the time of deliver.
